    1. The cathode potential of the coating electrode of the cathodic protective layer is more positive than that of the substrate, which means that the coating with better corrosion resistance will cover the substrate with poor corrosion resistance and thus form mechanical protection. How can this type of coating cover incompletely, so the exposed base metal will form a small cathode and large anode corrosion battery with the coating, and accelerated corrosion will occur. We must have enough integrity to get reliable protection.

    2. Thermal spraying manufacturer's anode protective coating The electrode potential of the coating is negative than that of the base metal, and the coating acts as a sacrificial anode for cathodic protection of the base. When the corrosion battery is formed and the electrochemical reaction occurs, the coating releases electrons to corrode and dissolve, while the substrate absorbs electrons and undergoes oxygen (or hydrogen) depolarization reduction reaction, thus being protected. Spraying zinc layer protection on the surface of steel components is such a cathodic protection principle. Even if the coating is incomplete due to corrosion or other reasons, the base metal as the cathode can still be protected. In corrosion-resistant coatings, especially atmospheric corrosion-resistant coatings, this type of anodic protective layer is widely used.
    3. Selection of reactive drug core wire and preparation of reactive drug core powder The main component of the reactive drug core powder is that the exothermic system is the reactant, and there are a small amount of forming agent, dispersant and lubricant to improve the powder's forming ability and bonding strength. The method of making the wire rod by thermal spraying manufacturers is: first complete a U-shaped tube with strip-shaped thin metal, fill it with reactive powder, and then seal it, cold-drawn or cold-rolled to a suitable diameter.
    4. Thermal spraying reactive arc spraying is the reactive core wire used for consumable electrodes during the spraying process. It will melt under arc use, and will ignite the reactive core, resulting in exothermic and melting reactions. When these molten particles contact the surface of the substrate with a certain temperature and speed, the process of "collision, deformation, and condensation shrinkage" occurs, so a coating is formed.
